Hi, my name is Chris Clark and I have lived on the Delmarva Peninsula most of my life. I moved back to the area in 1987. It is here, in Rehoboth Beach that I have enjoyed and have had the privilege of raising my three children with my partner Jill, in what I think is one of the most pristine coastal areas in the country. Being an avid outdoorsman, I truly enjoy our coastal playground. I love surfing, sailing, fishing, playing tennis or just simply hanging out on the beach with my family and friends. These activities as well as working here, give me an extensive and appreciative knowledge of the Sussex county coastal area. This place I call home is with out a doubt, a beautiful place to live!

After being honorably discharged from the Navy in 1985, I entered the construction industry while attending college. I now have twenty plus years experience in the construction industry in which I own and operate my own custom renovation building company. Throughout this time my company has built a variety of custom homes, light commercial and renovation projects from Milton to Fenwick, Delaware. The artistic side of me has allowed me to be creative with structural and interior design with my projects. With this experience I bring a strong professional and knowledgeable background to the real estate profession. I have a negotiated numerous contracts with clients, business owners, state and local representatives. I enjoy working one on one with my clients to give them a home they can enjoy for a life time.
